At PeptideWaterUSA.com, we want to be clear and fair about refunds, returns, replacements, and order issues.

By placing an order on this Site, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. All Sales Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold on this Site, all sales are generally final unless otherwise required by law or unless we expressly approve a replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund.

We reserve the right to review all requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]

Your request should include:

Your full name
Order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the package, shipping label, and product, if applicable

If we determine that the issue is valid, we may, at our discretion:

Send a replacement
Reship the order
Issue store credit
Issue a partial or full refund

We may deny claims that are incomplete, submitted late, or unsupported by reasonable documentation.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For safety, quality control, and product integrity reasons, we do not accept returns of:

Opened products
Used products
Products with broken seals
Products damaged after delivery
Items returned without authorization
Final sale or clearance items, if marked as such

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered due to:

Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Carrier delays
Theft after delivery
Events outside our control

If tracking shows a package as delivered, it will generally be treated as delivered.

That said, if there is a shipping issue, contact us and we may, at our discretion, help investigate the matter or offer a courtesy resolution.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, contact [email protected] as quickly as possible. Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee that the order can be stopped.

6. Refused Shipments and Returned Packages

If a package is refused, returned due to an incorrect address, or returned because it was unclaimed, we may, at our discretion:

Reship the package at your expense
Issue store credit minus shipping and handling costs
Deny a refund where permitted by law

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was caused by our error.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe there is a problem with your order, you agree to contact us first at [email protected] and give us a reasonable chance to resolve the issue before filing a chargeback.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed using order records, tracking confirmations, communication logs, and other supporting evidence.

8. Refund Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will generally be issued back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
