Refund Policy

By placing an order on this Site, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. All Sales Policy

Due to the nature of the products sold on this Site, all sales are generally final unless otherwise required by law or unless we expressly approve a replacement, reshipment, store credit, or refund.

2. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

3. Non-Returnable Items

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered, it will generally be treated as delivered.

5. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

6. Refused Shipments and Returned Packages

  • Issue store credit minus shipping and handling costs

  • Deny a refund where permitted by law

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return was caused by our error.

7. Chargebacks

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be disputed using order records, tracking confirmations, communication logs, and other supporting evidence.

8. Refund Processing Time
